I need 5.0L water pump studs
« on: April 18, 2012, 09:32:35 PM »
Hey gang, I'm looking for the water pump studs for the water pump for the wife's 347 engine project. Her old engine sold and I didn't think to take off the water pump studs for the power steering bracket. Does anybody out there have an extra set of water pump mounting bolts?

Let me know right away if possible. We're just about ready to set the engine in the car.

Dana, I have no idea who Guy Foster is. The only person that I know that's named Guy is Guy Miller who is one of my techs in our shop.

Oh yeah, I would've gotten back to you sooner but for whatever reason, when I go to log on this site during the day, it says that this guest is banned. But yet in the evening, I don't have a problem with logging on.

I looked over the error log, and all I'm seeing is some errors for incorrect password.
This might be coming up if there is an issue with your cookies?

The only IP that you have used that has triggered any errors is from back in 2009.
Doubt that's it... lol

please send me an email if you keep having issues, as I would like to get it resolved... vristang@gmail.com

I *might* have a couple of the stock water pump bolts laying around.
I'll check this weekend and get back to you...

They are a little rough, but should clean up ok.

I don't remember what sizes the stock pump used, so let me know which ones you want.

Just send a pm with the address you want me to send them to and I'll have them on the way in a day or so.  Sound ok?

Thanks Jason. PM sent. By the way, for some reason I'm still having problems with getting on this site during the day. I don't have a single problem with signing on at night though. Wierd. I'm not sure if it has anything to do with my Clear Wire connection I use at the shop or not.

Thanks, I really appreciate it. I'm in no hurry, other parts are finally starting to trickle in for this particular build from mail order companies. I'm still waiting for the rings and bearings then I can start doing something. Would you happen to know anybody with a stock lower intake by chance?
