It was good to see Doug, Dustin and Steve again.
Definitely do this again, but let's include lunch in the schedule next time, and Doug...  thanks for lunch my friend!

I'm bringing the 331 pistons and rods to work on Monday...  gonna separate them and clean them up.  Thanks Doug, I'll put them to good use!

i actually met up with steve a while back and got a chance to check out the capri..definetely a cool ride.. Naughty

and y blocks..huh..me and a buddy used to play with these things all the time back in the day.292 and 312's mostly we had them in our 4x4's, 2wd street beaters..and never could we kill one of them  low/no oil or whatever...the last my buddy had was a old 312 police motor...definetely unique motors ,and seem to have a distinct sound to them..

A lot of Ford guys don't seem to consider the Lincoln Y blocks a "true" Y block.  I think it's because they're jealous as the Lincoln blocks were bigger.   Grin

Here's a pic of the two Capris and a little short guy...

He's got the fiberglass body molded, getting it prepped for paint now.
Gary still does not have an engine, but the chassis is specifically setup for an LSx so that's what it must be.
