You don't want to "pop" the trunk at the gas station to fill er up?
My '83 is a hatch. This year for a race I would take a pop-up shelter, card table, chairs, tool box, extra parts box, and cooler all in the hatch area. I never had the foresight to fill-er-up before going to the track, so for me, I either couldn't take that much stuff if the cell is above the floor, or would have to empty the hatch area to get under the floor to fill the cell.
My other 2 fox racecars are both coupes; both of them have fuel cells (5 gal and 10 gal), and both are trailer-only to the track, so I don't have to worry about putting things in the trunk in them.
So, for me, street car = tank, race car = cell.
