I wanted to talk to you about this, Jason...

Let's do so on our next get-together?

...so when u dragging your car to your house..?
Sadly I have had my plans changed too many times lately to feel I should make another plan.  If it isn't one thing, it's another.
Once the car is here, I will be sure to get some decent pics of its current condition.... which may not be that great as there was evidence of a mouse living in the building the car has been stored in...

NOthing new on the oil pump.

After looking at the intake a little more, I have decided to build another one.  The injector angle isn't sufficient for my liking....
I've been talking with Wilson Manifolds in Florida regarding what I want to do.

The car is at my house now, and a mouse has been in it.
I have some clean up work to do this weekend.

Well.... it's been a while....

I received a GREAT phone call this morning.
The new intake is now on the road, coming from Wilson in Florida.  Pics will follow.
The intake should be here around the end of next week-ish.

It will be taller than I had hoped, so we'll see how that goes.

Once the intake arrives I have decided to ship all the parts to Jim at www.Fordstrokers.com and let him do his magic.

Really that is about it until the intake gets back.
(work had me side-tracked for a while there)

Intake is coming to me.

After thinking about the hood clearance problems I am likely to have.... I may take a day or 2 to mock it up and see what I can do to make things fit.

I really don't want a tall cowl hood on this thing.

Yes,
I haven't yet decided if I want to sell it.... as it might be nice to run the 2 back to back to see if there is a significant difference.

I still haven't seen the intake, but it sounds like the injector angle came out about the same ~7* or so.  Not sure though...

Been moving forward, even if it has been slow...

Intake is back from Wilson Manifolds in Florida.  I'm pleased with it.
I made the mistake of not sending a TB spacer with the TB, so there was confusion on how the throttle linkage would clear the fuel rail.
Because of this Wilson didn't want to cut the Intake Elbow down for hood clearance.
I didn't realize it until I got the intake back...

Now that I have everything here (including a 2" EGR spacer) I can have the elbow cut down locally.
The elbow is at a machine shop now, getting shortened by 1"

I also ordered a K-member from TeamZ, which will drop the engine 1"
That showed up today.

I mocked up the electric water pump some more.  Tried a couple of different things, and think I will get the version of the pump that has the idler pulley on it.  I'm attaching a photo of what it should come out looking like...
(in the pic, the idler is just kinda hanging there)

The intake still needs......
Fuel lines routed
Evac line for either a vent or vac pump, and baffle on the underside
Routing the wiring and relocating sensors to clean things up
Probably more that I'm not thinking of...

The engine parts still need to get shipped to Jim...
